Someone who is comfortable managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure and databases and has a strong understanding of how different systems interact and support business operations. The team and more importantly this role will provide support, training, documentation, and professional services across the Nordic region and supports global operations for the Unison product line. The role also performs testing, evaluations, documentation development, and supports enhancement of new and existing products and solutions.\nResponsibilities\nManage support cases from intake through resolution.\n\nDeliver technical and user training to employees, partners, resellers, and customers.\n\nAdminister support portals and product catalogues.\n\nPerform testing, beta testing, and maintain manuals and technical documentation.\n\nProvide on-site support and upgrades as part of professional services.\n\nSupport product quality, customer migrations, and future product requirements.\n\nAct as a technical advisor in complex projects and drive resolution of product defects.\n\nRequirements\nYou have a genuine interest in IT infrastructure and several years of experience working with networking, server and client environments, virtualization technologies, and Microsoft SQL Server. We are looking for someone with solid knowledge and hands-on experience in:\nNetworking (switches, routers, firewalls, and TCP/IP)\n\nServer and client environments (Windows and/or Linux)\n\nVirtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix\n\nMicrosoft SQL Server administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting\n\nMinimum 8 years of industry experience preferably within the Security Business and /or IT\n\nEducation & Competencies\nMinimum secondary school qualification; university degree preferred.\n\nProven experience in networking, server/client infrastructure, virtualization, and Microsoft SQL Server\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to manage and maintain enterprise IT environments and databases\n\nGood communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams\n\nProject management experience.\n\nStrong Swedish and English language skills.
