Rejoignez la CAF du Val-d'Oise en tant que Technicien Informatique. Vous serez responsable du support de proximité, de la gestion du parc informatique et de la sécurisation des équipements sur plusieurs sites. Vous assurerez également l'administration de la téléphonie sur IP, la gestion des accès et de la sécurité, ainsi que la contribution aux projets du service et de la DSI nationale. Une expérience de 2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire est requise.

Missions

  • Assurer le support de proximité, la gestion du parc et la sécurisation des équipements sur l'ensemble des sites de l'organisme.
  • Traiter et suivre les tickets d'incidents et de demandes de niveaux 1 et 2 relatifs aux postes de travail et aux applicatifs.
  • Préparer, configurer, installer et mettre à jour le matériel informatique (postes fixes, ordinateurs portables et périphériques).

Profil recherché

Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation niveau bac/BTS en comptabilité et/ou d'une première expérience dans ce domaine.
