The role is responsible for executing reliable production changes while improving operational efficiency through Python-based automation. The ideal candidate combines practical DevOps knowledge with disciplined execution, clear cross-functional communication, and ownership of customer-facing operational workflows.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate and execute customer onboarding and offboarding activities from a DevOps perspective, including environment readiness, configuration, access enablement or removal, validation, and closure checklists.\nPlan and support customer release rollouts, feature enablement, minor upgrades, and production deployments with documented pre-checks, implementation steps, post-validation, and rollback plans.\nManage customer change management workflows end to end, including change request creation, impact and risk assessment, approval tracking, maintenance-window scheduling, implementation evidence, and closure.\nDevelop and maintain Python automation for repetitive operational tasks, customer lifecycle workflows, deployment orchestration, ticket updates, reporting, data validation, and health checks.\nBuild, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to make build, release, and deployment processes repeatable, traceable, and reliable.\nCollaborate with Engineering, QA, Release Management, Customer Success/TAM, Support, and Operations teams to coordinate changes and resolve rollout dependencies or blockers.\nMonitor deployments and production changes, troubleshoot failures, participate in incident resolution, and document corrective and preventive actions.\nMaintain runbooks, standard operating procedures, deployment guides, automation documentation, and audit-ready change records.\nIdentify manual steps and process gaps, propose improvements, and implement automation that reduces turnaround time and operational risk.\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, release engineering, deployment operations, platform operations, or a related role.\nDemonstrated experience supporting customer onboarding and offboarding activities in a SaaS, cloud,\nor enterprise software environment.\nExperience executing release rollouts, feature enablement, upgrades, and production changes across customer environments.\nWorking knowledge of customer change management processes, including approvals, risk assessment, maintenance windows, implementation plans, validation, rollback, and closure.\nStrong Python scripting and automation skills, including experience working with REST APIs, JSON/YAML, data processing, error handling, logging, and reusable modules.\nExperience with source control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Bitbucket/GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Harness, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nWorking knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nGood troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.\nClear communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with technical and customer-facing teams.\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nCustomer onboarding, offboarding, releases, and feature rollouts are completed accurately, on schedule, and with clear audit evidence.\nChange workflows consistently meet approval, communication, maintenance-window, validation, and closure requirements.\nPython automation measurably reduces manual effort, processing time, deployment risk, and repeat operational issues.\nBenefits:\nAs a full-time employee with Securonix, you will be eligible for the following employee benefits:\nHealth Insurance with a total sum insured is INR 7,50,000\nCoverage: Self, Spouse, 2 kids, Dependent parents, or parents-in-law\nPersonal Accident with total sum insured is INR 10,00,000\nTerm Life Insurance with a sum assured for employees is 5 times fixed base pay is covered.\nSecuronix, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.\nSecuronix complies with applicable state and local laws governing non-discrimination in employment in every location in which the company has facilities.
