Change is constant, and we stay aligned on purpose while adapting fast.\n\nThat focus is how Securonix helps organizations move from reactive security to proactive, autonomous operations.\nWe are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineerto support the availability, performance, and reliability of our enterprise SaaS platform.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProduction Support -\nOwn P1, P2, and complex production issues escalated by L1/Customer Support.\nTroubleshoot application, microservice, ingestion, analytics, database, authentication, and infrastructure issues.\nRestore services within defined SLA, SLO, TTA, and MTTR targets.\nAssess customer impact, establish technical timelines, and provide regular status updates.\nCoordinate incident bridges involving Customer Support, Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, and other stakeholders.\nValidate service recovery and monitor the environment after remediation.\nPrepare incident summaries and contribute to detailed Root Cause Analysis reports.\nPreferred Technical Skills:\nExperience with AWS and Kubernetes administration tools such as Lens.\nFamiliarity with Kafka, Spark, Solr, Redis, and large-scale data-processing platforms.\nKnowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.\nStrong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.\nExperience supporting distributed, microservice-based applications.\nWorking knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, cloud infrastructure, and service monitoring.\nExperience analyzing application logs, system metrics, API responses, and database records.\nUnderstanding incident, problem, change, and service-request management processes.\nAbility to write SQL queries for investigation and validation.\nScripting or automation experience using Python, Shell, REST APIs, or similar technologiesExperience with Jira, Zendesk, Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or equivalent platforms.\nUnderstanding of SIEM, security analytics, ingestion pipelines, incident management, SOAR, and threat-hunting platforms.\nExperience with certificate management, authentication, RBAC, SSO, and API integrations.\nWorking Model:\nRotational 24×7 shift coverage, including weekends and holidays when scheduled\nParticipation in critical-incident bridges and on-call escalation.\nBenefits:\nAs a full-time employee with Securonix, you will be eligible for the following employee benefits:\nHealth Insurance with a total sum insured is INR 7,50,000\nCoverage: Self, Spouse, 2 kids, Dependent parents, or parents-in-law\nPersonal Accident with total sum insured is INR 10,00,000\nTerm Life Insurance with a sum assured for employees is 5 times fixed base pay is covered.\nSecuronix provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
