These position reports directly to the Delivery Manager and involves working on a diverse array of projects and clients across the Mineral Processing industry.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccountable for the effective delivery of programs or portfolios of jobs/projects/studies from conceptual design through to detailed design, execution and commissioning.\n\nBuild, develop, and grow stakeholder relationships across our long term and repeat client base\n\nAbility to work with clients with diverse project requirements (Tier 1 to Start-up)\n\nProactively manage changes in scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans\n\nLead the job/project/study team, including contractors, through setting tasks, expectations, scope and providing guidance through all phases to completion.\n\nLead effective meetings and represent the Company in communications pertaining to broad aspects of the project.\n\nDevelop or review job/project/study, engineering, execution scope, budget, and schedule dependencies and constraints\n\nAbout You\n15+ years of industry experience in mining, minerals processing, energy, and chemicals.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in engineering consulting environment\nRelevant Engineering degree (Process or mechanical background strongly desired)\nProject management certification (PMP, AIPM, APM).\nLeading multidiscipline project teams including cross functional support (Project Controls, Estimators, Schedulers, Document Controllers)\nExperience with projects from conceptual design through to detailed engineering.\nUnderstanding of project budget, schedule and able to communicate engineering deliverable requirements\nProficiency in the engineering and drafting management process tailored to the client and project phase
