Here, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.\nBilling Team LeadPRIMARY PURPOSE: To supervise billing clerks; to supervise billing functions ensuring accurate and timely client invoicing; and to ensure proper revenue allocations to company departments.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupervises billing clerks providing leadership and guidance.\nEnsures accurate and timely client invoicing; ensures proper revenue allocations to company departments.\nAssists with monthly revenue variance reporting.\nResolves client billing issues.\nADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nSupports the organization's quality program(s).\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nAdministers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.\nInterviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.\nProvides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation & Licensing\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.\nExperience\nFour (4) years experience in the accounting field or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include one (1) year supervisory experience.\nSkills & Knowledge\nThorough knowledge of billing principles and procedures\nExcellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills\nPC literate, including Microsoft Office products\nAnalytical and interpretive skills\nStrong organizational skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nExcellent negotiation skills\nAbility to work in a team environment\nAbility to meet or exceed Performance Competencies\nJob type: \nWe are currently hiring for this position\nCompensation Information:\nSalary Range: 67,847.00 - 85,000.00 CAD Annualannually\nCompensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
