Here, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.\nNewsweek Recognizes Sedgwick as America’s Greatest Workplaces National Top Companies\nCertified as a Great Place to Work®\nFortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance\nContractor RecruiterPRIMARY PURPOSE: To source, qualify, and onboard contractors nationwide who are eligible to join Repair Solutions, LLC’s contractor network; to develop a network of qualified contractors and maintain contractor capacity levels within a assigned territory.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\nResearches, sources, and develops prospects in assigned areas.\nPerforms data research to determine the best qualified contractors in candidate pool.\nEnsures candidates meet/and or exceed qualifications by evaluating applications and interviews.\nMonitors new hires to ensure receipt of paperwork and documentation during the contractor activation process.\nMaintains company records in contractor software.\nDevelops and maintains strong contractor relations.\nWorks with other recruiters and management to meet specific goals and objectives.\nADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nSupports the organization's quality program(s).\n\nTravels as required.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation & Licensing\nHigh school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.\nExperience\nThree (3) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
