Here, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.\nNewsweek Recognizes Sedgwick as America’s Greatest Workplaces National Top Companies\nCertified as a Great Place to Work®\nFortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance\nData Analyst ManagerPRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To manage a staff of data analysts; to develop complex reports and analyze company data including Corporate or client specific data; to serve as a technical resource for company staff on data analysis and benchmarking issues; to meet with clients on such issues as necessary; to provide training and data analysis education for program staff; and to provide technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts located in multiple field offices.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE\nManages a staff of data analysts including project assignment and workflow.\nDevelops comprehensive, complex and accurate information reports including OSHA reporting for a specific client.\nCreates complex data reports and provides analysis for forecasting and/or benchmarking used by senior management.\nReports directly to senior management and communicates data findings for forecasting and client needs.\nObtains, analyzes and provides appropriate feedback on company or client specific information needs.\nProvides complex data analysis functions to meet client specific, program or company senior management needs.\nServes as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking issues.\nProvides technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts located in multiple field offices.\nProvides training and data analysis education for colleagues.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE\nAdministers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.\nInterviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.\nProvides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university preferred. Computer Science courses preferred.\nEight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include four (4) years business experience in an insurance related field and four (4) years statistical analysis required.
