This role leads a team of developers, analysts, and third-party partners responsible for delivering scalable technology solutions that support contractor networks, carrier integrations, claims workflows, customer experience, and business operations.\nThe ideal candidate possesses extensive experience leading Salesforce application development teams, including hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, automation, and enterprise architecture. This leader will partner closely with Product Management, Operations, Sales, Client Services, and Executive Leadership to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and business growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Leadership\nDefine and execute the application technology roadmap for Sedgwick Repair Solutions.\nAlign technology investments and priorities with business objectives, growth initiatives, and customer needs.\nLead application modernization efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEvaluate emerging technologies, AI solutions, and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.\nChampion Agile development methodologies and product-centric delivery models.\nSalesforce Platform Ownership\nServe as executive technology owner for Salesforce-based solutions supporting property repair operations.\nProvide architectural oversight for:Apex development\nLightning Web Components (LWC)\nVisualforce (legacy support)\nSalesforce Flow\nPlatform Events\nAPIs and integrations\nExperience Cloud Communities\nSalesforce Maps\nManaged packages and AppExchange applications\n\nEstablish Salesforce development standards, governance, security controls, and release management practices.\nEnsure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the Salesforce ecosystem.\nApplication Development & Delivery\nLead multiple application delivery teams responsible for:New feature development\nSystem enhancements\nProduction support\nApplication integration\nTechnical debt reduction\n\nOversee application lifecycle management from requirements through deployment and ongoing support.\nDrive prioritization and execution of strategic initiatives while maintaining operational stability.\nEnsure solutions meet business, security, and compliance requirements.\nIntegration & Enterprise Architecture\nOversee integrations between Salesforce and internal/external platforms, including claims, contractor management, vendor management, financial, and reporting systems.\nPartner with enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards.\nPromote API-first design and reusable integration patterns.\nTeam Leadership\nLead, mentor, and develop managers, developers, business analysts, architects, and support personnel.\nBuild a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative technology organization.\nConduct workforce planning, hiring, succession planning, and talent development activities.\nFoster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.\nStakeholder Management\nAct as primary technology liaison for Repair Solutions leadership.\nCollaborate with Product Management and business stakeholders to define priorities and measure outcomes.\nCommunicate project status, risks, budgets, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.\nBuild strong partnerships with vendors, consultants, and technology providers.\nFinancial & Operational Management\nManage application budgets, forecasting, and vendor relationships.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\nEstablish and monitor KPIs related to application performance, delivery effectiveness, and business value realization.\nOversee incident management, problem management, and service level adherence.\nSecurity & Compliance\nEnsure applications comply with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.\nPartner with security teams to address vulnerabilities, access controls, audits, and data protection requirements.\nMaintain appropriate governance, change management, and disaster recovery processes.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.\n10+ years of progressive IT application leadership experience.\n5+ years leading managers, software development teams, and enterprise application portfolios.\n7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.\nDeep technical knowledge of:Apex development\nLightning Web Components (LWC)\nSOQL/SOSL\nSalesforce Flows\nSalesforce APIs\nIntegration architecture\nDevOps and CI/CD practices\n\nExperience managing Agile software development organizations.\nStrong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and enterprise integration patterns.\nProven success delivering large-scale technology initiatives.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within property insurance, claims management, restoration, contractor networks, or loss adjusting industries.\nExperience with:Azure\n.NET solutions\nREST/SOAP APIs\nEnterprise reporting and analytics platforms\nAI and intelligent automation solutions\n\nExperience supporting high-volume operational platforms with
