Here, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.\nNewsweek Recognizes Sedgwick as America’s Greatest Workplaces National Top Companies\nCertified as a Great Place to Work®\nFortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance\nIT Systems Analyst SpecialistPrimary Responsibilities\nPartners with BA/PO to analyze approved business requirements, workflows, rules, and acceptance expectations.\nTranslates approved requirements into detailed system requirements, technical specifications, and actionable technical tasks.\nDocuments system behavior, integrations, interfaces, data impacts, mappings, edge cases, and relevant non-functional considerations.\nIdentifies technical impacts, dependencies, constraints, and impediments and provides recommendations to Engineering and Architecture.\nMaintains traceability from approved business requirements through technical specifications, design, testing, and delivered system behavior.\nSupports backlog readiness by ensuring technical requirements, dependencies, impacts, and system considerations are sufficiently understood before development.\nProvides input into user story LOE and planning by assessing technical complexity, system impacts, dependencies, and implementation risks.\nValidates delivered system behavior against documented technical requirements and supports Development / QA issue analysis and defect triage.\nResponsible for technical documentation creation, including technical design documentation (TDD).\nDevelops and maintains technical release documentation for releases.\nManages Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations, certificate renewals, and ongoing maintenance for client-facing applications.\nServes as the primary technical liaison for clients during SSO onboarding, configuration, testing and deployment.\nLeads system configuration conversations for client implementation projects, gathering requirements to ensure successful system configuration and deployment.\nFacilitates execution of configurations, including production readiness reviews and cutover activities. \nProvides post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing operations and successful client adoption.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation & Licensing\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred\nExperience\nFive (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required\nExperience translating business requirements into technical or system specifications required\nExperience supporting system integrations, data flows, and application behavior\nExperience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments preferred\nExperience in enterprise or regulated environments preferred\nSkills & Knowledge\nAdvanced systems analysis and technical requirements documentation skills\nStrong ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions\nExperience defining system interfaces, APIs, data models, and integrations\nUnderstanding of system architecture, dependencies, and data flows\nAbility to assess complexity, dependencies, risks, and technical trade-offs\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities\nStrong collaboration skills across Product, Business, Architecture, Development, QA, and Operations\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nWhen applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.\nMental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines\nPhysical: Computer keyboarding, travel as required\nAuditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking\nSedgwick is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.\nIf you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, consider applying for it anyway!
