We are seeking individuals with previous liability claims handling experience or from an insurance background.\nSimply Business, is an online broker with more than 20 Insurers on their panel. The dedicated team handle property damage, employer’s liability, public liability, personal accident, legal expenses and home emergency claims, handling claims up to £10,000 at the desk.\nYou will manage Third Party Property Damage claims, making informed decisions and taking claims through to settlement.\nKey responsibilities include identifying fraudulent claims, evaluating evidence, handling correspondence and calls, issuing client updates, and maintaining diary processes. Empathy, understanding, and strong communication skills are essential.\nThis role is perfect for those who crave variety, enjoy problem-solving, and want to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced environment.\nThe skills you will have when you apply:\nExperience in managing claims across liability areas: Previous experience in a claims environment is essential.\nExcellent communication skills: You will interact with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
