Here, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.\nNewsweek Recognizes Sedgwick as America’s Greatest Workplaces National Top Companies\nCertified as a Great Place to Work®\nFortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance\nOSS Team LeadPRIMARY PURPOSE: To supervise Operations Support Services (OSS) staff and processes; to monitor colleagues' workloads; to provide training and monitor individual transactions; and to provide technical direction on work processes.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\noSupervises Operations Support Services colleagues.\noDefines and establishes quality assurance procedures, standards, metrics reporting and auditing.\noTrains OSS team on tasks and responsibilities.\noReviews quality data, conducts audits, tracks quality metrics, and reports on findings.\noTracks non-compliance issues and monitors through resolution.\noManages staffing schedules to assure appropriate department coverage.\nADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\noPerforms other duties as assigned.\noSupports the organization's quality program(s).\noTravels as required.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\noAdministers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.\noInterviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.\noProvides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation & Licensing\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.\nExperience\nSix (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include two (2) years claims management experience. Some proven software specifications experience required.
