Here, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.\nNewsweek Recognizes Sedgwick as America’s Greatest Workplaces National Top Companies\nCertified as a Great Place to Work®\nFortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance\nPower Platform Architect - AIESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nStrategy and Program Leadership\nDefine and execute the enterprise Power Platform strategy, roadmap, and operating model.\nTurn business priorities into a clear delivery plan with measurable outcomes.\nIdentify and prioritize high-value automation, low-code, data, and AI opportunities.\nAdvise senior business and technology leaders on platform capabilities, investments, risks, and adoption.\nDrive program maturity while balancing speed, innovation, governance, and supportability.\nArchitecture and Governance\nDefine solution architecture, integration patterns, security standards, environment strategy, and platform guardrails.\nEstablish and mature Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence capabilities.\nCreate reusable frameworks, components, standards, and reference architectures.\nEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data, privacy, security, compliance, and application lifecycle management requirements.\nMonitor platform health, technical debt, capacity, licensing considerations, and operational risks.\nDelivery and Execution\nLead solutions from intake and design through build, testing, deployment, adoption, and support transition.\nDrive multiple initiatives, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.\nProvide hands-on technical leadership and step into solution design or troubleshooting when needed.\nEnsure solutions are practical, scalable, maintainable, and focused on measurable business value.\nBuild accountability across delivery teams and communicate progress, decisions, risks, and actions clearly.\nEnablement and Adoption\nMentor architects, developers, analysts, makers, and citizen developers.\nEstablish practical guidance that enables teams without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.\nPromote reusable solutions, disciplined engineering practices, and responsible platform adoption.\nPartner with business teams to improve adoption and realize expected benefits.\nStay current on Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Azure, and relevant AI capabilities.\nADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nSupports the organization's quality program(s).\nTravel to client sites as required.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation & Licensing\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field preferred.\nEquivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and relevant work experience will be considered.\nExperience\nTwelve (12)+ years of experience in software engineering, application delivery, solution architecture, or enterprise technology leadership.\nSeven (7)+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.\nFive (5)+ years leading enterprise-scale Power Platform programs, governance initiatives, platform architecture, or Center of Excellence capabilities.\nSkills & Knowledge\nDemonstrated experience establishing architecture standards, governance models, security controls, environment strategies, and application lifecycle management practices.\nProven track record of delivering complex business solutions from concept through production and adoption.\nExperience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure services, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise applications.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and explain technical decisions in clear business language.\nAbility to work independently in a remote U.S. environment and lead effectively across distributed teams.\nExperience with Copilot Studio, AI agents, generative AI, and intelligent automation.\nExperience building or leading a Power Platform Center of Excellence or enterprise citizen development program.\nMicrosoft Power Platform solution architect or developer certifications.\nExperience with Azure integration, identity, security, DevOps, and enterprise data services.\nExtremely delivery-focused, accountable, and outcome-oriented.\nStrategic thinker who can convert vision into a practical plan and execute it.\nHands-on leader who is comfortable solving difficult problems and working through ambiguity.\nStrong collaborator who can align business and technology stakeholders.\nPragmatic architect who enables progress while maintaining appropriate standards and controls.\nClear communicator who raises risks early and drives decisions and follow-through.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nWhen applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.\nMental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability;
