Project Managed Claims Coordinator

Be the calm voice claimants rely on to get their lives back on track.

Job Location: UK wide

Job Type: Permanent

Remuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Agriculture and Rural Network (ARN) team as a Project Managed Claims Coordinator.

As a Project Managed Claims Coordinator within our ARN team, you will support our Adjusters in the management of a portfolio of complex property claims which require a more hands-on and proactive approach. Acting as the central point of contact for policyholders throughout the lifecycle of the claim, you will help guide customers through what can often be a challenging time, ensuring they remain informed and supported every step of the way.

Working alongside the appointed Adjuster, who retains overall ownership of the claim, you will be responsible for coordinating suppliers, contractors and repair works, driving progress and ensuring all parties are aligned to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer. Your role will be crucial in maintaining momentum on claims, overcoming obstacles, and delivering an efficient and seamless claims journey.

As an industry leader in innovating digital solutions, you will have access to a variety of technologies to support you and enhance the customer journey. Access to the latest video technology will provide you with the opportunity to engage with customers remotely and liaise with suppliers and contractors throughout the claims process.

Your key responsibilities will include acting as the day-to-day contact for policyholders, managing supplier performance and communication, coordinating repair and restoration works, monitoring claim progression, and ensuring information is accurately recorded and shared with all stakeholders. You will work closely with Adjusters to identify and resolve issues promptly, helping to progress claims quickly, efficiently and with customer service at the heart of every decision.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple claims and projects simultaneously. You will be self-motivated, adaptable and customer-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships with policyholders, suppliers and colleagues alike. Flexibility, a proactive mindset and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer outcomes are essential.

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to play a vital role within a motivated and supportive team, offering excellent development opportunities for those looking to build a career within the claims industry. If you're passionate about helping customers and enjoy coordinating projects to successful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

The skills you will have when you apply:

  • Experience in managing claims across multiple clients: Previous experience in a claims environment is essential. This could include claims handling, claims coordination, supplier management, repair network management or a similar role involving the progression of property-related claims.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: You will be the day-to-day point of contact for policyholders, coordinating with adjusters, contractors and suppliers to progress claims efficiently. You will need to provide reassurance, manage expectations, and ensure all parties remain aligned to deliver the best possible outcome for the customer.
  • Excellent customer service is a must
  • Qualifications: Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualification is an advantage but not essential.

The skills that will be developed once working:

  • We will provide all the Sedgwick specific training you need to thrive in this role
