Here, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.\nRestoration SurveyorJob Location: Midlands/Southern England\nJob Type: Permanent\nRemuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications\nWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Restoration Surveyor in either the Midlands or Southern England.\nYou will work on Restoration projects for commercial and domestic properties damaged by water, flood, or fire. Projects range from £5k to £100k. Depending on the project, you may work alone or in a team. Your tasks will include technical reporting, defects diagnosis, and managing the drying process.\nYou'll collaborate with our restoration network to find the best solutions for claims and adapt to innovation and change. Managing your workload and making decisions under pressure is essential.\nThis is a great opportunity for a Restoration/Building Surveyor to advance their career in a growing company. You'll need to quickly gain the trust of policyholders and contractors after significant building losses. Key attributes include composure under pressure, excellent communication skills, and empathy.\nThis role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for restoration work.
