Here, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.\nNewsweek Recognizes Sedgwick as America’s Greatest Workplaces National Top Companies\nCertified as a Great Place to Work®\nFortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance\nSr IT Project Management SpecialistPRIMARY PURPOSE: To manage, support and service project assignments through completion; to administer procedures and processes that measure and manage customer satisfaction; to identify, analyze and report trends; and to provide interpretation of report information and make recommendations for improvement.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\nIdentifies required resources; researches project data, procedures and history for a thorough understanding of project direction.\nPrepares and manages project plans through completion.\nProvides data analysis, including identifying and recognizing trends across multiple offices for national client operations.\nMonitors and assesses data for accuracy and integrity.\nCommunicates activity progress to involved parties.\nAssists Program Managers to resolve issues that arise.\nDelivers oral and written presentations of project results.\nProvides training to colleagues as needed.\nHelps to transition programs as needed.\n ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nSupports the organization's quality program(s).\nTravels as required.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation & Licensing\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
