Has direct and/or indirect responsibility for 100-299 colleagues.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\nResponsible for overall operations management for all locations/offices within an area.\nEstablishes policy and procedures to assure compliance to best practices, claims management services standards, state regulations, and client service requirements.\nEstablishes business plan with goals and objectives for the assigned area and locations/offices.\nMonitors management reports relating to the area/office performance.\nAssists with the coordination of sales and client service efforts.\nADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerforms other duties as assigned,\nSupports the organization's quality program(s).\nTravels as required.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nAdministers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.\nInterviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance reviews.\nProvides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation & Licensing\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. CPCU, ARM, AIM, and/or AIC certifications preferred. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD Annual.
