This role bridges technical engineering input with digital modelling, ensuring accurate system layouts, sizing, and coordination across all disciplines to support project delivery from design through construction.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Design & Engineering Support\nDevelop detailed BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems in accordance with project requirements and specifications.\nPerform basic engineering calculations, system sizing, and layout planning (e.g. piping, cable routing, equipment clearances).\nSupport design development for systems such as liquid cooling, chilled water, power distribution, UPS, and auxiliary systems.\nAssist in reviewing design intent, technical drawings, and equipment data sheets.\n2. BIM Modelling & Coordination\nPrepare and maintain coordinated BIM models (Revit or equivalent) across all project stages.\nConduct clash detection and spatial coordination with internal teams and external consultants.\nSupport coordination meetings and track design changes, comments, and resolutions.\nEnsure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project BIM standards.\n3. Documentation & Deliverables\nProduce coordinated drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules for submissions.\nMaintain drawing registers, revision control, and document records.\nSupport preparation of technical submissions, method statements, and as-built documentation.\n4. Project & Stakeholder Support\nLiaise with project managers, site teams, consultants, and vendors to clarify technical requirements.\nAssist in resolving site queries and RFIs related to design and installation.\nSupport site teams with shop drawing updates and coordination issues during construction.\n5.
