Sales Representative, you will promote our premium vegetable seed portfolio while providing expert agronomic guidance to growers and farmers in your assigned territory.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n Develop and execute sales strategies for vegetable crop seeds, including sweet peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, habaneros, and more.\n\n Provide technical agronomic support to customers throughout the growing cycle.\n\n Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and agricultural stakeholders.\n\n Conduct field demonstrations and product trials.\n\n Monitor market trends and competitor activities.\n\n Achieve sales targets and expand market share.\n\nRequirements\n\n Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field\n\n Strong desire to learn and continuously develop technical expertise\n\n Good knowledge of vegetable crop production is an added advantage\n\n Excellent communication and relationship-building skills\n\n Willingness to travel within the assigned
