We’re looking for a Sales Trainee to join our team in Brussels and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

Your Challenge
As Sales Trainee, you will:
Sales Support: Assist in preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for agencies and advertisers.
Campaign Management: Support campaign monitoring, analyse performance, and identify optimisation opportunities.
Client Success: Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Business Development: Help identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Ad Operations, and Data teams across Belgium and other European markets.
Client Journey: Gain exposure to the full commercial process, from prospecting and sales to campaign delivery and client retention.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Strong interest in digital advertising, media, data, and innovation.
Excellent communication skills in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with international teams.
Ability to take initiative and contribute to real business projects.
