SEEK was also named a 5-Star Employer of Choice by HRD Asia in 2024 and won four accolades at TalentCorp’s Life at Work Awards 2023 in Malaysia.\nThe Role:\nAs a key member of the Content and Creative Studios, the Content and Traffic Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end execution of content operations projects (including content video productions, promotions, editorial videos, and branded content) across SEEK. Reporting into the Content Operations Team, this role ensures that projects are delivered on time, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate brings deep production knowledge, strong project coordination skills, great communication skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder management and process improvement.\n Oversee full project life cycles-from briefing to final delivery-ensuring timely execution within scope and deadlines.\nCollaborate closely with content team leads, SEEK stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless creative production workflows and delivery.\nStreamline and optimize content operations, improving service levels and turnaround times.\nDrive process improvement initiatives, including researching and embedding new production systems and tools.\nManage day-to-day resource allocation, schedule planning and workload planning across multiple projects across APAC.\nMaintain and manage the digital asset and project management system including the filing structure to ensure consistent organization and accessibility.\nSupport the implementation of AI-driven workflows and automation tools, including tracking adoption, measuring impact and streamlining workflows to increase efficiency.\n Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative or marketing agency environment.\nStrong project management and production operations background with experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.\nProven ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners to deliver successful outcomes.\nDemonstrated experience managing creative budgets and resourcing across fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.\nFamiliarity with production systems, tools, and asset management platforms.\nOther Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.\nExcellent organization and time management skills.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.\nA proactive and growth mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and creative excellence.\nExperience with tools such as WRIKE, Monday.com or similar project management platforms is a plus.\nAble to balance firmness with diplomacy in day-to-day interactions, enabling effective stakeholder management and ensuring projects stay on track.\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.\n At SEEK, we are passionate about fostering a culture of inclusion and wellbeing that embraces and values the diversity of our people.
