welcome to apply\n What You’ll Be Doing\nWorking directly with our Product Design Manager and Managing Director\nDesigning app and website pages, layouts, buttons, features, and user interface elements\nHelping improve the user experience across our mobile and web products\nTurning design ideas into clear, developer-ready files for implementation\nCreating marketing and promotional assets such as banners, email templates, and social media visuals\nSuggesting better UX solutions and design improvements across the platform\nCollaborating with product, marketing, business, and psychology teams where needed\nSupporting the design of digital assets and social media-related product tools when required\n Who We’re Looking For\nCurrently pursuing, or recently completed, a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Media, UI/UX, or a related discipline\nMinimum CGPA of 3.00 or above\nStrong working knowledge of Figma is required\nBasic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is essential\nFamiliarity with Figma or Adobe XD or similar design tools is an advantage\nExposure to AI-powered design tools is highly valued, including tools such as Google Stitch and other emerging AI products used in modern product design workflows\nDemonstrated passion for design, product thinking, and user experience, with genuine interest in building products that are relevant to the future\nStrong curiosity about how leading companies are evolving design through AI, rapid prototyping, smarter workflows, and next-generation product experiences\nAble to adapt design work across different visual styles, brands, and project requirements with confidence\nComfortable working quickly and effectively across the full design process, from research and concept thinking through to polished final execution\nCapable of managing design work independently while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and detail\nAble to think beyond the obvious, generate strong original ideas, and contribute meaningfully to both product and content design\nHigh level of initiative, accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail\nA
