In this role, you will be responsible for executing manual testing of a web and mobile application and creating and maintaining test documentation. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and customer support representatives to ensure product quality, reliability, and a seamless user experience.\nThis role is 100% remote, offering flexibility to work from home.\n The Senior Manual QA Engineer will be engaged with the company as a contractor (Private Entrepreneur).\nWhat You'll Do\nWork in close cooperation with product owners, developers, customer support representatives, and AQA engineers\nCreate and maintain test documentation (checklists, test cases)\nEstimate the execution time of testing activities\nExecute manual testing of web and mobile application: functional, cross-platform, UI (responsive design) and regression\nDocument and maintain defect reports in Jira\nAnalyze and evaluate business requirements with product owners\nCommunicate on any risks from a QA perspective that could affect feature delivery\nReport to stakeholders on the test execution results\nProvide support in issue investigation, including production Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and automated test run triaging.\nRequirements\n5+ years of professional experience in software QA\nExperience in web and mobile applications testing (end-to-end, UI)\nStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes\nUnderstanding of SDLC in Agile/Scrum\nSolid knowledge of test design techniques\nUnderstanding web technologies: HTML, CSS, client-server architecture, API, JavaScript\nGood knowledge of SQL for testing purposes is a plus\nUpper-intermediate level of English\nExperience analyzing automated test run results alongside AQA\nHands-on experience with AI tools/assistants in daily QA workflows is a plus \nWhat We’re Looking For:\nAnalytical & Troubleshooting Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving approach to complex issues.\nProcess & Task Ownership: Full ownership of testing activities -
