You’ll move comfortably between Figma, interactive prototypes, React components, and close collaboration with frontend developers.\nWe’re looking for someone with a strong point of view, exceptional attention to detail, and the confidence to challenge ideas constructively. tools, and the judgment to recognize where they genuinely improve how we work.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProduct Design & User Experience\nCollaborate with the Lead Product Designer, Product Managers, and engineers to design intuitive, high-quality experiences across our web and mobile products.\nOwn design initiatives from initial concepts and user flows through high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and implementation.\nTranslate complex business requirements and operational workflows into clear, approachable user experiences.\nDesign responsive layouts, sophisticated interactions, and polished interfaces that account for accessibility, usability, and real-world conditions.\nApply strong visual design principles across typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, motion, and interaction.\nParticipate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for exceptional user experiences.\nCommunicate product concepts and design decisions through compelling presentations, storytelling, and functional demonstrations.\nDesign Engineering & Prototyping\nCreate interactive, high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, React, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend technologies.\nTranslate design concepts into functional experiences that demonstrate real interaction behavior.\nBuild, maintain, and refine reusable UI components in code.\nCollaborate closely with engineers to ensure production implementations accurately reflect design intent.\nContribute component-level code when appropriate to improve implementation quality and consistency.\nUnderstand interaction states, and responsive patterns.\nEstablish consistency between Figma components and their implemented counterparts.\nEnsure components account for accessibility, usability, different platforms, and meaningful interaction states.\nIdentify opportunities to improve design system organization, documentation, and developer adoption.\nBalance shared design principles with the unique functional and visual requirements of individual products.\nHelp establish standards that improve consistency, quality, and scalability across our product ecosystem.\nInnovation & AI-Assisted Workflows\nExplore and apply AI-assisted tools to improve design exploration, prototyping, development, and documentation.\nExperiment with emerging technologies that enhance creative problem-solving and AI-powered tools.\nBring new ideas, techniques, and perspectives that help advance the team’s capabilities.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of professional experience in UX design, product design, design engineering, frontend prototyping, or a closely related discipline.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, interaction design, product thinking, and successful problem-solving.\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, interactive prototyping, and scalable design system organization.\nStrong expertise in visual and interaction design, with exceptional attention to detail and consistency.\nHands-on experience creating functional prototypes with React, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend technologies.\nWorking knowledge of React Native and modern mobile application design patterns.\nExperience designing, developing, or maintaining reusable component libraries.\nA strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, interaction states, and cross-platform behavior.\nDemonstrated experience collaborating with frontend engineers to bring designs into production.\nExperience using AI-assisted tools for design, prototyping, documentation, or development.\nAbility to independently manage complex design challenges while collaborating effectively with a cross-functional team.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.\nStrong product judgment and the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business applications, property technology, insurance products, or operational workflows.\nExperience with complex mobile-first workflows and field-facing applications.\nFamiliarity with React Native development, Tailwind CSS, Xcode, and modern frontend tooling.\nExperience with platforms such as Atlassian, Pendo, or Userpilot.\nExperience using AI-assisted development environments such as Codex
