We offer you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for the US while designing and developing cutting-edge, novel capabilities. \nDuties and Responsibilities: \nDesign, implement, and deploy AI Solutions for USG customers \nDesign and develop prototype solutions incorporating both generative and predictive capabilities\nInnovate creative solutions, integrating generative and predictive capabilities to answer unique customer challenges\nDesign and develop interfaces and applications for customer utilization of AI solutions\nInteract directly with customers and subject matter experts, translating AI/ML concepts into practical language\nSupport pre-sales efforts, identifying how the Seekr Platform could help satisfy customer requirements\nResearch and development on cutting-edge application of generative AI and agentic capabilities \nQualifications and Skills: \nActive U.S. Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility highly preferred. \nMinimum of 4 years of professional experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or a related technical field.\nUndergraduate degree in technical field with a strong background in application of AI/ML \nComfortable interacting with customers and subject matter experts, translating complex concepts into practical language and impacts\nCapable of developing prototype solutions using UI SDKs (e.g., Flask, Streamlit)\nFamiliar with generative AI concepts like RAG, prompt engineering, agents, structured output, multi-modal LLMs, various embedding models\nStrong programming skills in Python required. Experience in java and html a plus. \nExperience working with or in the DoD, US Intelligence Community, or US Federal Civilian agencies\nExperience training and employing predictive AI models in a government context.\nSolid knowledge of LLM Frameworks such as LangCHain, LlamaIndex, Transformers\nFamiliarity with common APIs including OpenAI, GraphQL, FastAPI\nFamiliarity with Databases and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies such as Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch, and Neo4j \nThis range reflects Seekr’s good faith estimate of what it expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Placement within the range depends on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, applicable labor categories under Seekr’s federal government contracts, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education, and certifications.
