In this role, you will manage the security of classified programs, personnel, and information in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and other U.S. Government contract requirements and regulations.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nServe as the Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) and assist the FSO with the continual growth and maturing of the Industrial Security program.\nManage and ensure the security of classified programs, including personnel and information in compliance with regulatory requirements.\nSupport both collateral level DoW programs and function as CSSO for various U.S. Government contracts as needed.\nProvides oversight for programs for the protection of classified information, controlled unclassified information as well as propriety information.\nDevelops and implements procedures relating to personnel security processing, as well as access control procedures, visitor access certifications and badging.\nConducting required security orientation, refresher training, and security briefings for assigned personnel.\nProcess, track, file and report on foreign travel.\nAbility to support the Insider Threat Program objectives.\nPhysical security oversight, managing and monitoring security systems, including cameras, access controls, and compliance with ICD 705 standards for secure facilities when needed.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nActive Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Must be willing to obtain/maintain various accesses and U.S. security clearances as needed\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in security related field is preferred\nMinimum 5 years of DoW/IC security related experience\nExperience with FSO or CSSO role\nExtensive knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, SEAD’s, and ICD’s\nDemonstrated knowledge and experience with frequently used security applications and systems to include the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), National Background Investigation Services (NBIS), and National Industrial Security Systems (NISS)\nDemonstrated knowledge in preparing DD Form 254s, clearance passing, and conducting security briefings and debriefings\nExperience in development and implementation of security education, training and awareness programs, including Insider Threat Programs\nProven ability to manage security programs and ensure compliance with DoW and other customer requirements. Experience interfacing with Government customers\nExcellent written and oral communication, as well as excellent interpersonal skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nMaintain membership in Industrial Security professional organizations, i.e. NCMS\nExperience in SCIF construction and management is a plus\nThis range reflects Seekr’s good faith estimate of what it expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Placement within the range depends on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, applicable labor categories under Seekr’s federal government contracts, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education, and certifications.
