You'll be responsible for the facilities, vendors, and programs that keep the office running smoothly and make people want to come in. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes building things from the ground up and takes pride in a workplace that is organized, welcoming, and well run. \nDuties and Responsibilities \nRun daily office operations and serve as the main contact for building management and facilities vendors. \nSupport the setup and opening of the new Austin office.\nActs as the go-to resource and subject-matter authority for the Austin office on space logistics and office norms, independently fielding and resolving employee questions.\nOwn kitchen management, snack and lunch program, and catering for meetings and events.\nOwn management of office supplies and equipment.\nSupport office mail and shipping needs, in partnership with the Front Desk Coordinator.\nManage office budgets, purchasing, and invoicing with Finance.\nOwn workplace safety, emergency procedures, and security compliance in close partnership with Security.\nSupport new hire onboarding, on-site events, and employee engagement related initiatives and projects. \nQualifications and Skills Required \n3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or facilities coordination, preferably at a fast-growing technology company.\nExperience managing vendors, contracts, and office budgets.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities with attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-minded, proactive approach.\nComfort working independently and taking ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nProficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and comfort learning new tools such as expense, procurement, and facilities management systems.\nDiscretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.\nAbility to work onsite in Austin full-time.\nAbility to lift/move light packages and supplies (up to ~25 lbs)\nAbility to move throughout office facility to escort guests and vendors and manage kitchen/supply areas \nQualifications and Skills Desired \nExperience opening a new office or supporting an office move or buildout.\nExperience working alongside security or compliance teams in a government-facing or regulated environment.\nEvent planning experience, from small team gatherings to larger company or customer events. \nAbout the Company: \nSeekr is a leader in explainable and trustworthy artificial intelligence designed to power mission-critical decisions in enterprises, government, and regulated industries.
