From day one, you’ll be an active contributor in a 'no bystanders' environment, partnering with ML Engineers, Back-end, and DevOps peers to rapidly iterate on features and deploy performance-tuned web applications at scale. You will have a significant voice in how we build, helping us delight millions of users worldwide while sharpening your own expertise.\nYou’ll be building tools for a diverse user base, including government agencies, data center companies, and SMBs. Internally, your primary \"customers\" are our QA team -who are the first to put your work to the test-and our Product Design team, with whom you’ll collaborate constantly to ensure their vision is perfectly embodied in the code.\nSkills and Qualifications: \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.\n5 to 7 years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.\n5 to 7 years of experience with React and a deep working knowledge of its principles and paradigms, including components, hooks, Next.js, and the React lifecycle.\nProficient in using AI Coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor to enhance productivity and code quality.\nFamiliarity with JavaScript/React infrastructure, including Node and NPM.\nExperience consuming JSON APIs and creating lightning-fast web experiences at scale.\nWorking knowledge of automated testing principles and practices.\nStrong collaborative skills, working well with back-end and DevOps engineers to create APIs and server deployments.\nAgile mindset, with experience in Scrum, CI/CD, and Git.\nThe following experience is a plus:\nTailwind, or other CSS framework\nAtlassian tool usage such as JIRA or Confluence\nThis range reflects Seekr’s good faith estimate of what it expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Placement within the range depends on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, applicable labor categories under Seekr’s federal government contracts, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education, and certifications.
