We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own major product areas across our AI platform, designing for a wide range of users: AI/ML engineers, data scientists, domain experts, and enterprise stakeholders. You'll work within a small, focused design team in a fast-moving product org, partnering directly with Product and Engineering on foundational platform surfaces with room to grow into specialized AI domains.\nWhat You'll Own\nEnd-to-end product ownership: Own discovery, design, delivery, and iteration across major product areas, not just execution handoffs \nSystems-level UX: Define information architecture, interaction patterns, and reusable UX frameworks for complex, multi-step enterprise AI workflows\nUser discovery and research: Lead discovery with technical and non-technical users; synthesize findings into UX strategy, interaction models, and validated product direction\nAI-accelerated design execution: Use AI tools to compress ideation and prototyping loops, getting from concept to working, interactive prototypes faster while exercising strong design judgment\nDesign system stewardship: Contribute to and extend the Seekr design system in Figma, supporting new platform capabilities and enterprise use cases\nCross-functional partnership: Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap tradeoffs and technical constraints; produce specs and prototypes that enable high-quality implementation\nRequired Qualifications:\n6 to 10+ years of product design experience on complex SaaS, enterprise, or technical platform products \nDemonstrated systems-level design skills: complex workflows, information architecture, and scalable interaction frameworks\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma, including working within and evolving a shared design system\nFluent, active use of AI-assisted design and prototyping tools in your current workflow, not experimental exposure\nStrong product judgment; comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments\nExperience leading discovery research such as defining personas, mapping workflows, and validating solutions through usability testing\nProven track record collaborating with Engineering through implementation, including detailed specs and navigating technical constraints\nPortfolio showing end-to-end ownership of major product areas, ideally in 0-to-1 or early-stage work, with clear problem-solving depth and craft quality\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate design decisions and tradeoffs to both technical and executive stakeholders\nReside near Austin, TX, Reston, VA, or the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work 3 days per week in office \nPreferred / differentiating skills (strong plus)\nExperience designing for technical users such as AI/ML engineers, developers, data scientists, or MLOps practitioners \nFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts: LLMs, RAG, agents, model training and inference workflows, or MLOps platforms\nExperience designing enterprise platform surfaces such as access controls, administration, or multi-tenant systems\nExperience with data visualization, analytics dashboards, or real-time monitoring interfaces\nBackground in high-growth startups or early-stage platform products \nThis range reflects Seekr’s good faith estimate of what it expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Placement within the range depends on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, applicable labor categories under Seekr’s federal government contracts, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education, and certifications.
