Our name, Seen Health, was chosen to reflect our commitment to provide the highest standard of care to underserved older adults while respecting and incorporating their individual beliefs, heritage, and values, so that they can truly be seen.\n**This is a temporary contract position!**\nAbout the Role\nThe Event Coordinator plays a vital role in Seen Health's community presence and outreach efforts. As the on-the-ground support for the Outreach team, this individual helps plan, prepare, and execute community events that introduce the Seen Health PACE program to seniors, caregivers, and referral partners across the San Gabriel Valley. This role is focused entirely on outreach and event execution - representing the Seen Health brand in the community and ensuring every event runs smoothly, professionally, and on-brand.\nThe Event Coordinator is a member of the MOE (Marketing, Outreach & Enrollment) Team and works closely with Outreach Specialists to maximize community engagement and lead generation through events.\nResponsibilities\nOutreach & Event Responsibilities\nRepresent Seen Health at community events coordinated by Outreach Specialists, including health fairs, mixers, and provider meetings.\nSupport the setup, organization, and staffing of events to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all attendees.\nCollect prospective participant information during events and enter accurate data into the Orbit system, assigning leads to the appropriate Outreach Specialists in a timely manner.\nEducate seniors and referral partners about the PACE program and its benefits during community outreach efforts.\nMonitor inventory and prepare marketing materials and giveaways for events, ordering new supplies as necessary to ensure the team is always event-ready.\nMaintain a professional, warm, and approachable demeanor when interacting with the public, seniors, caregivers, and community partners at all outreach events.\nDemonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the MOE Playbook and apply its principles to all outreach and event activities.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nEnsure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.\nMaintain confidentiality of participant and company information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.\nActively participate in team meetings, quality improvement activities, and staff training.\nKeep supervisors informed of workload, priorities, and any issues arising from events or outreach activities.\nAdapt to changing business needs and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.\nRegulatory Requirements:\nMust not be on any exclusion or debarment from participation in Federal Health Care Programs at any time and must remain in good standing with government regulators such as the OIG, (Office of the Inspector General), SAM, (System for Award Management), CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services), etc.\nLocation\nRegular travel to different settings in the San Gabriel Valley community.\nIn center at Seen Health in Alhambra, CA.\nSalary & Benefits \nSalary: $22-$25/hr\nBenefits: Seen Health is proud to offer a robust benefits offering for our employees.
