You’ll play a key role in executing the company’s growth strategy, ensuring that your team delivers outstanding results while maintaining strong relationships with merchants and partners.\nRequirements Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets. Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through KPIs and regular feedback sessions. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies. Ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities and conversions in the CRM system.
