You'll connect market-level performance to the company's overall strategy. Managers should experience you as a partner who makes them better, not a control function they report to.\nBusiness Partnering & Coaching\nAct as dedicated finance partner to market and functional leaders across all markets, supporting them in budgeting, forecasting, pricing and commercial decisions.\n\nReview and challenge major deals, renewals and pricing exceptions before signing. You'll own the financial guardrails (margin floors, discount thresholds) and support Sales with deal-level profitability analysis.\n\nExplain financial outcomes, drivers and trade-offs in clear, accessible terms.\n\nBuild financial literacy across the leadership community through proactive, pedagogical support.\n\nAnalysis & Insight\nOwn recurring performance analysis (revenue, margin, cost-to-revenue, pipeline economics) per market and consolidated, with clear conclusions and recommendations.\n\nDeliver ad hoc analyses and business cases for strategic initiatives, investments and organizational changes.\n\nOwn benefits tracking for strategic initiatives: define baselines, track realized savings and margin effects against the business case, and report deviations to the executive team.\n\nSpot risks, deviations and opportunities early, and bring them to the right owner with a proposed way forward.\n\nPlanning & Reporting\nDrive the budget and forecast process across markets, including timelines, templates, quality assurance and challenge of submitted numbers.\n\nPartner with People on workforce planning: headcount budgeting and forecasting, cost modelling of organizational changes, and compensation-related analysis.\n\nPrepare management and board-level reporting, ensuring one consistent version of the truth across markets and systems.\n\nContinuously improve controlling processes, models and tooling, including automation and AI-supported workflows.\n\nSuccess in this role looks like: leaders actively seek your input before decisions, and your analyses are accurate in the detail and clear in the conclusion. The organization understands not just what the numbers say, but why, and what to do about it.\nQualifications\nRequired\nUniversity degree in finance, business administration, economics or a related field.\n\nSeveral years of experience in business control, FP&A or a similar role, ideally in a scale-up, SaaS or adtech environment.\n\nStrong financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills.\n\nExperience running budget and forecast processes across multiple markets or business units.\n\nThe ability to explain complex financials clearly and confidently to non-finance stakeholders.\n\nFluency in English, spoken and written.\n\nGood to have\nExperience with BI tools such as Power BI.\n\nExperience with deal desk, pricing or commercial finance.\n\nAn interest in automation and AI-supported ways of working.\n\nSwedish language skills.\n\nApplication\nAs we review applications and interview on a continuous basis, please apply as soon as possible.
