You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are executed successfully from initial order handling to final delivery.\nYour work will be essential in keeping our campaign processes running seamlessly-optimizing workflows, supporting tracking and troubleshooting, and maintaining transparency and alignment across teams. You ensure all details are correct, all materials are accounted for, and all stakeholders are informed.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nClient Relationship Management\n\nAct as the main liaison between clients, sales, and the production team to ensure seamless communication and successful execution of campaigns.\nOrder Management\n\nCreate and manage campaign orders in CRM, Videodrop, and Imagedrop systems. Ensure all order details-including order numbers and invoice information-are accurate and up to date.\nTracking & Troubleshooting\n\nAssist with tracking setup, identify and troubleshoot issues, and ensure all campaign elements function correctly.\nMaterial Handling\n\nOrganize and manage incoming emails and campaign materials, ensuring all assets are properly logged and accounted for.\nCommunication & Follow-ups\n\nSend reminders for missing assets, download and organize materials, and flag the need for additional information when necessary.\nFeedback Management\n\nWork closely with the AdOps team to facilitate feedback rounds and ensure campaigns remain on track.\nPipeline Management\n\nProactively drive the campaign pipeline forward by securing booking details, gathering required assets, and ensuring deadlines are met.\nSales Support\n\nKeep the sales team updated on booking information, material requirements, and campaign progress to maintain transparency and alignment.\nQualifications\nRequirements\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.\n\nClear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nHigh attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tracking and managing campaign materials.\n\nFamiliarity with digital advertising, campaign coordination, or ad operations.\n\nProfessional proficiency in Swedish and English.\n\nGood to have\nExperience with CRM or campaign management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).\n\nExperience coordinating or managing projects in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKnowledge of the media or advertising industry.\n\nApplication\nAs we review applications and interview on a continuous basis, please apply as soon as possible.\nDue to the high volume of applications received, we are unable to provide personalized feedback prior to the interview stage.
