You will partner closely with recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics and keep the hiring process moving smoothly.\nThis role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving scheduling challenges, communicating with care, and bringing calm structure to a busy, changing calendar. You will be a key point of contact for candidates and help ensure they know what to expect before, during, and after each interview.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\nCoordinate virtual and in-person interviews, including complex multi-interviewer schedules across time zones.\nCommunicate promptly and thoughtfully with candidates about interview details, timing, changes, and next steps.\nPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand interview plans, align interviewer availability, and resolve scheduling conflicts. \nPrepare interviewers with schedules, candidate materials, meeting details, and other relevant logistics.\nSupport a smooth interview-day experience by monitoring calendars and meeting logistics and addressing issues as they arise.\nArrange candidate travel or other interview accommodations when needed.\nKeep candidate records, interview plans, and process notes accurate in the applicant tracking system.\nFollow up with interviewers on feedback and next steps so candidates receive timely updates. \nIdentify recurring coordination challenges and suggest practical ways to improve the candidate and interviewer experience.\nHandle candidate and company information with discretion and care.\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, executive assistance, or another role involving complex scheduling and candidate- or customer-facing communication or equivalent experience.\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate multiple interviews and shifting schedules accurately, including across time zones.\nClear, warm, and professional written and verbal communication.\nStrong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize competing requests and meet time-sensitive deadlines.\nSound judgment and a calm, service-oriented approach when plans change.\nComfort using an applicant tracking system, calendar tools, video conferencing platforms, and common workplace software.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with a distributed team.\nCommitment to providing a respectful, accessible, and consistent experience for candidates from a range of backgrounds.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting technical, business, or other specialized recruiting.\nExperience coordinating interviews for a remote or geographically distributed workforce.\nFamiliarity with improving recruiting workflows or documenting repeatable \nBenefits\nSeeq is a remote-first (only) company founded by serial entrepreneurs.
