You will resolve customer enquiries professionally and efficiently while also supporting implementations, onboarding, training, knowledge creation, and continuous improvement across Seequent’s Data Solutions applications.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nResolve moderately complex support requests for Seequent’s Data Solutions applications, including MX Deposit and Imago, working directly with customers by email, telephone, or remote sessions. \nPrioritize and triage technical support requests, provide clear and timely responses, and track open tickets through to satisfactory resolution. \nDeliver a high standard of customer support through effective listening, confident communication, practical education, and solution-focused troubleshooting. \nDeliver or assist with virtual and in-person onboarding and training, and provide deployment support for the Data Solutions Team when required. \nCreate practical self-help resources such as quick start guides, learning paths, and on-demand training materials for customers and internal teams. \nApply Knowledge Centred Support (KCS) principles to proactively create structured, reusable knowledge-base content and identify opportunities where new content will add value. \nIdentify opportunities to improve support processes, working with senior team members to design solutions and champion adoption. \nCollaborate with escalated technical staff, sales, development, and other support teams to help establish and maintain effective service levels. \nContribute to project work and lead minor projects with appropriate supervision. \nTo be successful in this role, you should have:\nPost-secondary degree in Data Management or Computer Science, with a minimum of two years of experience in a Data Management or Computer Science role. \nStrong computer literacy and proficiency with database management applications, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access. \nProficiency with database engines and management tools, including SQL and MongoDB. \nProficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI and Pentaho, and REST API tools such as Postman. \nExperience troubleshooting web application communication using browser inspectors, along with an interest in automating data processes to improve business efficiency. \nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer-service orientation and a focus on resolving customer issues quickly. \nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong organization and prioritization skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts with minimal supervision.
