The role combines senior full stack expertise with people and project leadership across the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of complex prototypes.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nLead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of complex research prototypes in close collaboration with researchers and AI scientists. \nOwn the Labs portal and help ensure customers can access research prototypes. \nDevelop and maintain GCP infrastructure for data and high-performance computing, using Seequent Evo cloud capabilities where appropriate. \nProvide software design and architectural guidance, evaluate recommendations, and ensure the team follows agreed standards, patterns, and methodologies. \nAddress functional and non-functional requirements, including security, and guide design alternatives and trade-offs. \nProvide operational direction, allocate work, coach colleagues, and facilitate effective working relationships across the team. \nLead medium-scale projects, manage risks and change controls, monitor performance, and align delivery with governance and business priorities. \nCollaborate with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to improve prototypes and transition successful solutions toward commercial products. \nTo be successful in this role, you should have:\nA bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent qualification. \n7+ years of relevant software development experience, including experience as a Senior Software Developer. \n1+ years of formal or informal team leadership experience. \nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. \nDeep senior full stack technical expertise combined with people and project leadership capabilities. \nThe ability to work autonomously within a clear accountability framework, plan and monitor work, and escalate complex issues when needed. \nThe ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and make decisions that support project success and user needs. \nStrong communication, creative problem-solving, adaptability, and a commitment to security, privacy, ethical practices, knowledge sharing, innovation, and growth. \nAdditional Information \nWork Mode= Hybrid\nPosting Close Date: 10/15/2026\n#LI-KV2\nOur Commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion\nAt Seequent, we champion the uniqueness of each individual.
