You will build client relationships from trial through advanced use, collaborate with sales and global technical teams, and promote best-practice workflows that support customer success and commercial growth.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nShare expert product knowledge, workflows, and integrated solutions with new and existing mining users to support effective use of Seequent's geoscience tools. \nPartner with Account Managers and Inside Sales to understand client workflows, deliver product demonstrations, set up trials, and create implementation plans. \nMaintain strong knowledge, competence, and capability across the Seequent portfolio. \nProvide remote technical support and develop tailored solutions for complex user challenges. \nProactively conduct client health checks, promote software releases, and embed new features and best-practice workflows. \nDeliver regular training across the Seequent portfolio to improve user proficiency and confidence. \nMaintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, including health checks, software upgrades, and training activities. \nCollaborate with regional and global technical and software development teams to understand user needs and support strategic business objectives. \nTo be successful in this role, you should have:\nA Bachelor's degree in geoscience, preferably Geology. \nAt least 5 years of experience, ideally in mine geology, exploration, resource estimation, or a related industry. \nHighly technical and professional written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic. \nExperience and a solid understanding of geological modelling workflows across different commodities. \nStrong capability in 3D geological modelling software and applying software solutions to real-world mining challenges. \nProficiency in mineral resource estimation, grade control, and exploration or grade-control database management workflows. \nExperience with Leapfrog, Edge, Central, MX Deposit, and/or Imago is advantageous. \nA customer-focused, collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, build sustainable relationships, and travel when required. \nAdditional Information\nWork from the local office 2 days a week and home-based the remainder of the week.\nOur Commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion\nAt Seequent, we champion the uniqueness of each individual.
