Based in Reading, UK, this hybrid role connects geophysical technology with business needs through solution design, demonstrations, training and responsive customer support.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nBuild proficiency across the Seequent product portfolio, including Oasis Montaj, Res2D/3D, Workbench, Central and other solutions as required. \nUnderstand how customers use Seequent and competing products, identify the problems they need to solve and share insights with the appropriate internal teams. \nProvide timely, professional technical advice and solutions that improve customers’ business processes and outcomes. \nLead engaging in-person and web-based product demonstrations and training for technical and executive audiences. \nPartner with regional sales teams to identify, shape and progress opportunities with new and existing customers. \nDevelop trusted-advisor relationships by listening, analysing requirements, recommending effective solution designs and managing expectations. \nSupport market development through webinars, demonstrations, product information and market intelligence. \nMaintain accurate CRM information, monitor customer satisfaction and support product upgrades, releases and new-product introductions. \nTo be successful in this role, you should have:\nAt least five years’ experience in geophysics and a tertiary qualification in geophysics, geology, earth sciences or a closely related discipline. \nA strong grounding in geophysical principles, processing and data interpretation, including required experience with potential field methods such as gravity and magnetics. \nExperience in one or more of UXO, environmental or contamination investigations, groundwater or near-surface geophysics, or mineral exploration and consulting. \nHands-on experience with Oasis Montaj, Res2DInv/3DInv and Workbench; experience with electrical or electromagnetic methods such as ERT, IP or EM is advantageous. \nProven experience in consulting, customer-facing or pre-sales roles, with the confidence to lead the technical aspects of prospect and customer engagements. \nThe ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly, deliver training and demonstrations, and communicate confidently in written and spoken English; additional EMEA languages are advantageous. \nStrong relationship-building, problem-solving and workload-management skills, with a collaborative, self-starting approach in a fast-paced environment. \nFamiliarity with geospatial or 3D modelling workflows; Python, technical-content creation and exposure to emerging geophysical or data-driven approaches are desirable. \nAdditional Information\nHybrid work from the local office 2 days a week and home-based the remainder of the week.\nOur Commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion\nAt Seequent, we champion the uniqueness of each individual.
