You will partner with customers throughout their lifecycle, helping them realise value from Seequent solutions while providing expert technical guidance and support.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nDeliver engaging technical demonstrations and webinars that align customer challenges with the right solutions.\nGuide product evaluations and trials, helping prospective customers understand how Seequent solutions address their business needs.\nLead software implementation, onboarding, and coaching activities to drive successful customer adoption.\nProvide expert technical support, troubleshooting complex issues and delivering practical solutions.\nBuild strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey.\nGather and communicate customer feedback, market insights, and product enhancement opportunities to internal teams.\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams to test new functionality and support product evolution.\nSupport product upgrades, feature releases, and go-to-market initiatives to maximise customer success.\nBridge technical and business requirements by working closely with customers, sales teams, and developers.\nTo be successful in this role, you should have:\nA bachelor's or postgraduate degree in a geoscience-related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.\nFive or more years of experience in geotechnical engineering, mining, civil infrastructure, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of the geotechnical data lifecycle and experience working with geotechnical information management systems.\nProven experience configuring and supporting complex data management solutions.\nTechnical consulting, implementation, or customer-facing solution delivery experience.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a customer-focused approach to issue resolution.\nThe ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nFlexibility to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10-20% of the time.\nAdditional Information\nOur Manager, Technical Solutions, Geotechnical Information Management and team is here to provide support, direction, and inspiration.
