You'll work closely with software engineers, hardware engineers, and flight operations specialists to ensure systems are built reliably, configured correctly, and ready for operational use.\nAs the company grows, you'll have the opportunity to contribute not only to system builds, but also to improving integration processes, workshop standards, testing approaches, and the scalability of our operational capability.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nBuilding, integrating and configuring complex unmanned systems\n\nCarrying out wiring, harnessing, mechanical assembly and system installation\n\nSupporting testing, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis\n\nWorking with engineering teams to validate system performance\n\nSupporting maintenance, upgrades and operational readiness of the fleet\n\nHelping improve integration processes, workshop standards and testing procedures\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience building or integrating complex electromechanical systems\n\nStrong practical assembly, wiring and integration skills\n\nAbility to read technical drawings, schematics or integration documentation\n\nExperience diagnosing and resolving hardware or system issues\n\nHigh attention to detail and pride in build quality\n\nComfortable working in a fast-moving engineering environment\n\nDesirable Experience\nUAV, robotics, aerospace, defence or motorsport experience\n\nLinux, networking, embedded systems or RF communications exposure\n\nSoldering, crimping and cable assembly experience\n\nExperience supporting prototype or low-volume production environments\n\nWhy Join sees.ai?\nYou'll join a mission-driven team solving some of the most interesting challenges in autonomous aviation.
