With further investment secured, we're now expanding the team to support the next stage of growth.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDeveloping, testing and improving C++ software across our autonomous systems platform.\n\nInvestigating bugs and solving technical problems, with support from experienced colleagues.\n\nHelping improve software performance, reliability and efficiency.\n\nContributing to the development of new features and capabilities.\n\nWorking with engineers across different disciplines to understand how software interacts with physical systems.\n\nLearning from operational feedback and developing your understanding of complex, production software.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong programming ability in C++, with a solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts.\n\nA sound grounding in mathematics and computational principles.\n\nAn understanding of software design, debugging and testing.\n\nAn interest in how software works at a fundamental level, including performance, memory and computing constraints.\n\nIntellectual curiosity, independent thinking and a genuine enjoyment of programming.\n\nA willingness to learn, take on challenging problems and develop your engineering skills.\n\nYou don't need a background in robotics. We're equally interested in people from computer science, physics, mathematics, games development and other technically demanding disciplines who have developed strong programming skills.\nYou might be early in your software engineering career or have a few years' experience.
