People are at the front, centre and heart of every service we provide and each decision we make.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards, reports and KPI scorecards that support operational and strategic decision-making.\nDeliver trusted, timely and actionable insights for stakeholders across the business.\nDevelop and maintain scalable data models using best-practice dimensional modelling techniques.\nCreate and optimise DAX measures, KPIs and analytical calculations.\nWrite and optimise SQL queries to support reporting, analytics and data validation activities.\nWork with Data Engineers to support and develop reporting solutions within Microsoft Fabric and other data platforms.\nUse Python and other analytical tools to automate processes, enhance reporting and deliver deeper analytical insights.\nApply advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives.\nPartner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into data-driven solutions.\nChampion best practice in reporting, data quality and analytics while supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.\nSkills and Experience\nSignificant experience in a Data Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, BI Analyst or similar analytics role.\nAdvanced Power BI development experience.\nStrong expertise in DAX development and optimisation.\nStrong understanding of dimensional modelling, star schemas and data warehousing concepts.\nAdvanced SQL skills with experience querying large and complex datasets.\nExperience using Python for analysis, automation and data manipulation.\nExperience developing and maintaining enterprise-scale reporting solutions.\nStrong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.\nExperience delivering measurable business value through data and analytics.\nAdditional Information\nSeetec is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff to share and uphold this commitment in conjunction with the requirements of the Prevent Duty and the positive promotion of modern British values.\nDependent on the role applying to you, you may be required to process a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
