Working closely with the account management team, you will lead the technical onboarding process, configure systems to meet specific dealership requirements, train dealership staff, and ensure smooth adoption of our platforms. This role is critical to our expansion strategy as you will establish the implementation methodology and best practices for the US market, starting with our Lithia Group partnership.\nJOB KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead end-to-end implementation projects for new dealership clients, from kickoff to go-live in coordination with the onboarding team.\nProvide support to US clients and coordinate with product and tech team.\nDevelop and document standardized implementation processes for the US market\nConfigure Seez platforms to meet specific dealership requirements and workflows\nCoordinate integration with existing dealership systems (DMS, CRM, inventory management, etc.)\nConduct comprehensive training sessions for dealership staff, both remotely and on-site\nCreate implementation project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and responsibilities\nManage multiple concurrent implementation projects across different dealership locations\nCollaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues\nDocument technical requirements and custom configurations for each implementation\nDevelop training materials and documentation tailored to US dealership operations\nProvide regular status updates to account managers and client stakeholders\nCapture and share best practices and lessons learned from each implementation\nProvide insights to stakeholders into the US automotive scene, requirements, technologies and competition.\nRequirements\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE PARTY (MUST HAVES)\n3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical customer success, or similar roles\nProven track record of successful software deployments in enterprise environments\nExperience with CRM, DMS, or other dealership systems preferred\nStrong project management skills with ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously\nExcellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities\nOutstanding training and communication skills, both written and verbal\nBachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field preferred\nWillingness to travel up to 50% of time for on-site implementations and training\nYOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU’RE SOMEONE (GREAT-TO-HAVE)\nUnderstanding of automotive dealership operations and processes\nExperience with data migration, system integration, and API connectivity\nKnowledge of common dealership systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)\nExperience with AI tools and automation\nKnowledge of LLM and basic code understanding.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies and tools\nStrong presentation skills for effective training delivery\nDetail-oriented with excellent documentation habits\nCustomer-focused mindset with empathy for user adoption challenges\nAbility to translate technical concepts to non-technical users\nAdaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nBenefits\n25 days of paid annual leave plus public holidays\nFlexible remote work options\nOpen door policy to CEO and all Leadership team\nOne-on-one wellness coaching sessions because your well-being matters.\nAn annual wellness budget to fuel whatever keeps you balanced-whether that’s yoga, hiking, or visit to the museum.\nAn annual learning budget to power your growth-be it a new course, certification, or skill you’ve been eyeing\nRegular team events, social calls, the best company SWAG, and a vibrant- hybrid culture\nWHY JOIN SEEZ?\nAt Seez, we’re all about attracting and keeping top talent, the kind of people who bring ideas, energy, and curiosity to the table.
