Tasks and responsibilities may change over the course of the campaigns depending on emerging needs. This is an entry level position with opportunity for growth and progression.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nOn a day-to-day basis, you will:\nFoster direct, meaningful relationships with players to build trust and loyalty; communicate with an empathetic, timely and on-brand manner.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with internal and publishing teams to help design and implement community activations based on the agreed brand goals and strategy, up to and beyond launch.\nMonitor, expand and take full ownership of the official Alien: Isolation 2 Discord server up to and beyond launch, keeping the space safe, welcoming, and engaging; coordinate with the moderation team to ensure server rules are enforced.\nHelp create and schedule social media posts and other community-facing content; help manage and maintain the social media publishing calendar.\nGather and analyze engagement metrics to help identify potential risks and opportunities within the community, working closely with internal stakeholders to relay, monitor, and resolve feedback.\nHelp prepare reports that translate social data into actionable strategies while collecting feedback from multiple channels, to give insight into future social media and community campaigns.\nHelp manage relationships with content creators via content creator programs and similar activations.\nHelp plan and run online and real-life community events such as AMAs, contests, giveaways and meetups.\nWhat we are looking for\nEssential\nInterest in the video games industry.\nUnderstanding of social media and community platforms such as Instagram, X, Discord, Reddit and others.\nExhibits a strong sense of empathy, understanding the needs and perspectives of diverse player communities.\nCurious and proactive nature to explore and experiment with new ways to engage with and surprise and delight players.\nExcellent communicator with ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across teams, in meetings and in written communication across different channels and in project documentation.\nProficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)\nDesirable\nKnowledge of the Alien IP.\nInterest in horror media.\nUnderstanding of brand and marketing disciplines.\nUnderstanding of social and sentiment monitoring tools.\nABOUT CREATIVE ASSEMBLY\nWe care deeply about the experiences we create and put our players at the heart of our decisions.
