You will play a key role in ensuring localisation content is delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nOn a day-to-day basis, you will:\nCoordinate localisation activities across assigned projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.\nCreate and maintain localisation schedules based on project milestones, content availability, and key delivery dates.\nCommunicate localisation plans and timelines to all relevant stakeholders.\nOrganise and facilitate localisation kick-off meetings, project review meetings, post-mortems, and other project-related discussions.\nGather and provide project information required for localisation planning and budgeting, including word counts and voice-over requirements.\nMonitor translation progress and proactively communicate risks, delays, and potential impacts to stakeholders.\nCollaborate with teams to identify solutions and mitigate schedule risks.\nExport and prepare text files for translation, coordinate delivery to external localisation teams, and import completed translations into the game.\nManage translator queries and ensure timely responses from relevant stakeholders.\nProvide game builds and access keys to localisation and testing teams as required.\nWork closely with Designers to implement subtitles and localised content into the game.\nImplement localisation text updates and bug fixes and support regression testing activities.\nInvestigate, triage, and resolve localisation issues, escalating technical problems where necessary.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve localisation processes, workflows, and overall product quality.\nWhat we are looking for\nEssential\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nExperience working within a localisation, quality assurance, or similar project coordination environment.\nStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and software.\nGood understanding of modern production workflows and processes.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProactive and solution-focused approach to work.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nA genuine passion for localisation and delivering exceptional player experiences.\nInterest in video games and the games industry.\nDesirable\nExperience supporting localisation on shipped AAA game titles.\nExperience using JIRA and Confluence.\nKnowledge of the Total War franchise.\nExperience working in a localisation, project coordination, or localisation QA role within the games industry.\nFamiliarity with localisation workflows, translation management, or localisation testing processes\nABOUT CREATIVE ASSEMBLY\nWe care deeply about the experiences we create and put our players at the heart of our decisions.
