Coach, mentor, and train new employees in the EMC team.\nSupport creation and updating of technical requirements for EMI, HIRF, LIRF, Lightning, and Electrostatics.\nProvide EMC guidance and support to collaborative R&D teams (universities, industry) in solving issues related to Electromagnetics and driving activities to completion.\nRepresent the EMC team at multidisciplinary meetings.
