This role involves working in a production setting performing mechanical assembly tasks using blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in aircraft assembly, structural installation, drilling, fastening, sealing, and precision measurement, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble aircraft components, structures, and subassemblies
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and measuring instruments
  • Perform drilling, countersinking, fastening, sealing, and installation tasks
  • Conduct in-process and final quality checks
  • Perform rework, modification, and repair as needed
  • Support prototype and production builds
  • Move materials and support production flow
  • Document work performed and any discrepancies
  • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
