You'll create and execute effective strategies to target and engage high-potential clients across Defence.\n\nClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organisations. Understand client needs, business challenges, and provide tailored engineering staffing solutions to address those needs.\n\nMarket and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging engineering technologies. Use this insight to guide sales efforts and identify new opportunities.\n\nCollaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the other European teams to ensure proposals, contracts, and project execution are aligned with client needs.\n\nRevenue Growth and Targets: Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs. Continuously monitor and improve the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.\n\nProposal Development and Presentation: Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value of their solutions to prospects.\n\nNetworking and Industry Presence: Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build your professional network and promote the company's services.
