Votre mission

Rattaché(e) au responsable de compte, vous assurez le pilotage opérationnel, financier et l'avancement global des activités de production ainsi que des plans d'amélioration stratégiques.

Vos responsabilités s'articulent autour de deux grands axes :

  • Pilotage et suivi de la production (PMO Production) :

    • Coordonner l'avancement des activités avec les équipes de production (planificateurs, approvisionneurs).

    • Mettre à jour et consolider les indicateurs de suivi de ligne (LOB) et étendre ce suivi aux équipements non couverts.

    • Définir, piloter et ajuster les plans de rattrapage en cas de dérive.

    • Élaborer et animer les reportings hebdomadaires et revues d'avancement internes et clients.

  • Management de projet & Amélioration continue (PMO Projets & Évolutions) :

    • Piloter le calendrier des évolutions et mettre en place la documentation de référence (DRL/Master Schedule).

    • Assurer l'interface et la coordination multi-métiers (Engineering, Industrialisation, Qualité, Support, Production).

    • Réaliser le suivi budgétaire mensuel (main-d'œuvre et achats) : analyse des dépensés, Reste À Faire (RAF) et mise à jour du dashboard.

    • Identifier les risques projet et proposer des plans d'action correctifs.
