équipe R&D à taille humaine, vous participerez au développement de nouveaux produits et procédés, depuis le choix des matériaux et des solutions d'assemblage jusqu'à leur industrialisation.\nVos missions :\nPiloter les projets de recherche et développement, de la phase de conception jusqu'à l'industrialisation.\n\nDéfinir les solutions techniques en fonction des besoins clients et des contraintes industrielles.\n\nÉtudier et sélectionner les matériaux et procédés adaptés, notamment les polymères et les matériaux techniques.\n\nDévelopper et optimiser les procédés d'assemblage, de collage et d'encapsulation.\n\nOrganiser et suivre les essais, analyser les résultats et proposer des axes d'amélioration.\n\nCoordonner les différents intervenants internes et les fournisseurs.\n\nAssurer le suivi des développements et le respect des objectifs de qualité, de coûts et de délais.\n\nApporter un support technique aux équipes de production lors de l'industrialisation des nouveaux
